Terms of Service

Effective date: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sosocontent.ai website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Digicraft ("Digicraft", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

sosocontent.ai is an AI-powered content assistant designed for Hong Kong small and medium-sized businesses. The Service generates Cantonese marketing content including but not limited to weekly social posts, brand strategy reports, pitch decks, ad copy, KOL scripts, AI images, text-to-speech voice-over, and digital human videos. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Canva and Google Slides) at the user's explicit request to enable export of generated content.

2. Accounts

You must create an account using a valid email address to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your authentication credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Generate content that is defamatory, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

If you believe another user is misusing the Service — for example, a Customer Page that appears to be fraudulent, impersonating someone, or otherwise unlawful — you can report it at sosocontent.ai/report. Reports may be made anonymously.

4. Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the content you generate using the Service and are responsible for its use. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them or publishing them. You grant Digicraft a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts (for example, Canva or Google) to enable export and editing of generated content. When you authorize a third-party connection, you grant Digicraft permission to access your third-party account only to perform the actions you initiate. You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your account settings, which will cause Digicraft to revoke its access tokens and delete the associated stored credentials.

Your use of any third-party service is also governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy. Digicraft is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

6. Customer Pages and Payments

The Service includes tools that let you create publicly accessible pages ("Customer Pages", offered as SosoPage / SosoContent 收客頁面) on which you may promote your own goods, services, or events and collect enquiries, registrations, and orders from your own customers.

  • You are the seller. Any transaction arising from a Customer Page is solely between you and the person responding to it. Digicraft is not a party to that transaction, does not act as your agent, and makes no representation or warranty about the goods, services, or events you offer.
  • We do not handle funds. The Service does not process, hold, transmit, or escrow payments. Where you display payment details (for example a PayMe link, an FPS identifier, or a QR code), your customer pays you directly through their own payment provider. Digicraft never receives those funds, cannot reverse them, and cannot recover them for you or for your customer. Any fee charged by your payment provider is a matter between you and that provider.
  • Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on your Customer Page, for delivering what you offer, for handling refunds and disputes, and for complying with all applicable laws — including, where relevant, the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
  • Data you collect. Personal data submitted by your customers through a Customer Page is collected by you. As between you and Digicraft, you are the data user in respect of that data; Digicraft processes it on your behalf as part of providing the Service.
  • Reporting and removal. Anyone may report a Customer Page at sosocontent.ai/report. We may review, suspend, or remove any Customer Page at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law, or where removal is reasonably necessary to protect users or third parties. We are not obliged to monitor Customer Pages.
  • Cooperation with authorities. We may disclose account and page records, including access logs, to law enforcement or regulators where required by law or where we consider it reasonably necessary to prevent or investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity.

7. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payment

Some features of the Service require credits or a paid subscription. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digicraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Digicraft in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digicraft and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • your Customer Pages, your content, or any transaction between you and your customers;
  • your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; or
  • any third-party claim that your use of the Service infringed that third party's rights.

We will notify you of any such claim and may, at our option, assume control of its defence at your expense. This section survives termination of your account.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
