Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sosocontent.ai website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Digicraft ("Digicraft", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

sosocontent.ai is an AI-powered content assistant designed for Hong Kong small and medium-sized businesses. The Service generates Cantonese marketing content including but not limited to weekly social posts, brand strategy reports, pitch decks, ad copy, KOL scripts, AI images, text-to-speech voice-over, and digital human videos. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Canva and Google Slides) at the user's explicit request to enable export of generated content.

2. Accounts

You must create an account using a valid email address to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your authentication credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Generate content that is defamatory, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the content you generate using the Service and are responsible for its use. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them or publishing them. You grant Digicraft a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts (for example, Canva or Google) to enable export and editing of generated content. When you authorize a third-party connection, you grant Digicraft permission to access your third-party account only to perform the actions you initiate. You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your account settings, which will cause Digicraft to revoke its access tokens and delete the associated stored credentials.

Your use of any third-party service is also governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy. Digicraft is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payment

Some features of the Service require credits or a paid subscription. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digicraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Digicraft in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
